Minacs hiring 350 for Richmond operations

RICHMOND, Va. — Minacs has opened a second center in the Richmond area and plans to fill 200 full-time positions. The new hires will include team leaders, supervisors and agents. The global business solutions outsourcing company is expanding to support its growth in customer management work for a large U.S. health care client.

The company, based in India, also said it wants to add 150 seasonal employees before the end of the year. In August, Minacs announced plans to add about 400 full-time employees to its call center in Henrico County.

According to its website, Minacs leverages years of process, domain and technology expertise to deliver superior business value to clients with seamless customer experience, marketing, finance, accounting and back office solutions and services. Minacs employs 21,000 experts in 35 centers across three continents.
