Minacs adding 400 to Richmond call center staff
RICHMOND, Va. — Minacs plans to hire more than 400 full-time employees at its Richmond call center operation. The business solutions company is adding the positions to accommodate a call volume increase for a health care client.
Minacs opened the office more than two years ago and currently has 200 full-time employees. The company expects to quadruple in size by the end of 2015, and is recruiting team leaders and supervisors to manage inbound calls.
